All ready for tonight’s debate?
I’m a little nervous and excited about it at the same time. How do you think each guy will do?
I’m glad this is the last one!
As a side note, I can’t believe the elections are three weeks away. Where has the time gone?

I am ready for tonight’s debate. I am worried about GW. He did well in the “public forum”, but that doesn’t mean he’ll do well tonight. I would like very much if Kerry’s record would come more into play and I think it will since it is domestic issues – - but hey on foreign issues I thought they’d say something about Vietnam and his meetings with NV and the Viet Cong – - OK I feel a rant coming on so I better go – - but will say – - I’m hoping GW does well.

I am SO READY for Election Day to be here. The last month or so before the election is like the time leading up to Christmas…its exciting and full of good and bad stress…then you wish it would just be over, already!
Can’t wait for the debate!
Like you I am ready for election day. It will be nice to discuss issues rather than candidates. A tip of the hat to GWB, who will do well.
UG: I think he does best in the type of debate we saw last week. I’m on pins and needles myself on this one.

Agreed with everyone about the election. I can’t wait for it to be over. The Democrats are angry that Bush lives in the country, much less the fact that he’s President. The Republicans are angry at being called fascists and at the violent anger being projected at them (in some cases resulting in physical assault). Once the election is passed all of this will be behind us…I hope. If it’s a close one you’ll see Dems demanding recounts in every state. It may not actually be over until Dec. 13th.
I’m hopeful that Bush will do well in this debte. Further, I am hopeful he will do well in the election. He needs to. If Kerry wins, it will send a message to the Democrats. It will tell them that if you want to win an election, you vandalize the property of anyone supporting a Republican. It will tell them it is acceptable to vandalize Republican HQ and that it is okay to assault Republicans. You will see this violent behavior in future elections, and not just in the Presidential elections but in Senatorial elections, Congressional elections, even local electins. The Democrats’ behavior in unacceptable, and Bush win (plus Republicans holding on to Congress) will send them a message: Straighten up!
I’m a little nervous about the debate, but I also know it won’t change my vote for GWB on November 2nd. My wife and I will be walking to the polling place across the street and then settle-in to watch Fox News.
