		<description>As a physician who often has to respond to ER calls I&#039;d like to say &#039;thanks&#039; for your understanding and kind words.  Not everyone is so appreciative.

A couple of months ago my partner began to evaluate a man with an injured hand.  After he had explained that the hand was seriously injured and needed surgery the patient said, and I kid you not, &quot;Oh, so you&#039;re the guy I can sue if it doesn&#039;t come out right.&quot;</description>
