LA was a case where incompetence cost not only money but cost a lot of lives. If you don't have the imagination to use the buses to transport people to safety, why not,at least, drive those school buses out of danger to a parking lot on higher ground just to save the buses? Is there someone in officialdom in NO who will get a kickback for the new schoolbus contract? That’s how to do it. LA was a case where incompetence cost not only money but cost a lot of lives.
