Heard Rush say in his opening monologue that radio station, KLBJ, had the foreman of the Grand Jury on and that he admitted his mind was made up against DeLay before the GJ was empaneled. I wonder how many other “open minds” Earle found for this Grand Jury.

If Earle Gerrymandered the Grand Jury, isn’t that misconduct and malfeasance of office?
