Most of the districts were gerrymandered to favor the Democrats. And the Democrats had both houses of the state legistlature from 1876-1996. There have been more potential targets from the Democratic side. The point about him going after conservative Democrats is true. If Earle has a law license next year, the Texas bar association should be ashamed. In West Virginia, a "no true bill" will not preclude future prosecution, but new evidence should be necessary to re-present the case to a new Grand Jury. Apparently Earle didn't even wait for a Judge to sign the no true bill before getting a new Grand Jury to hear the case during its orientation(!) If this was done to one of my poor dumb clients I would be raising hell at the WV Supreme Court. Oh, I forgot, this is an attack on a Republican isn't it? No need to mention this in the MSM then.
