Bak - I fwded your message on to the tech support at my web host. The message I got last night from them in response to my initial request said that they changed the IP on the server on the evening of the 14th due to the requirements of their data center and that the IP address that was popping up in your browser was the one they switchd it to. Did you try clearing your cache last night and then refreshing the page with the WWW addy?

In any event, as I mentioned earlier I just fwded this messsage you posted along to them. I'll let you know what the outcome is.

All in all, I'm just glad you were able to finally able to access the site again :) Hopefully the webhost can get any lingering issues (if any more) resolved today.

I just figured it out.

I went to La Shawn Barber's site and was reading and came here at 9:40. The way I came here was via the link on La Shawn's Blog. Her link says http://sistertoldjah.com

My bookmark in Firefox and Favorite in Internet Exploder is www.sistertoldjah.com

At any rate the link with www as a hostname doesn't work. There are two different IP addresses. See the ping results:

I don't know what happened. But for 3 hours I was sister less (though I do have a twin sister)

I was able to visit La Shawn Barber, National Review, Real Clear Politics, Everything I know is Wrong, and their grandmother but not ST.

I was working on other things and trying to access every so often (troubleshooting didn't help) and finally it worked for me as of 9:40 PM my time.
