ST finally hits the 100,000 mark
Hooray! Two years and one month after I started blogging, I’ve officially had my 100,000 hit on the site. I should note that my first year I probably had no more than 100 hits .. LOL. Because I had no idea how to promote my blog. I didn’t even get a Sitemeter until August of last year, so this is really like saying I’ve snagged 100K hits in just a little over a year.
Thanks to all of you who have visited, continue to visit this blog! Here’s to the next 100K

Hmmm. Well, I hit 10,000 the first of this month, and the blog’s “birthday” is December 27, 2004. I certainly appreciate the frustration that sets in when you aren’t right up there with Instapundit by the third month!
But I can tell you one thing: I get a lot of my hits from Sister Toldjah readers, so any success I ever have has to be shared with you and your readers.

The mistake a lot of bloggers (including myself) make the first few months is wanting to be an InstantInstapundit LOL. You learn over time that it won’t happen that fast. But the bottom line is you have to enjoy what you do, whether you have 10 readers a day or 10K a day.
