It’s a special movement when a large and growing percentage of your population decides to torch every car in sight for three weeks straight. That’s quite the population you’ve got there. Perhaps Villepin isn’t familiar with the definition of riot.

I’m just wondering what the burning of over 8300 cars did to France’s Kyoto CO2 emissions? I guess if you’re not even honest enough to call them riots, you won’t be honest enough to count them in your greenhouse emissions. (Not that I’m a global warming believer, the science is too manipulated, but the irony is certainly delicious.)
