Billions of dollars of additional debt. More than 25% more spending than revenue according to my calculations for over 10 years. HOW does a state spend 25% more than revenue? By ruining a states credit rating, and mortgaging our children’s future. We will be doubly/triply in trouble when baby boomers come of age.
