We still don't get it, the root problem with people of color not getting ahead is the poor education system and the lack of adequate support in the community when they are young. But they will never amdit that beause then they would really need to admit that it's all local and not the fault of the president or congress. All too often in our society we try to over compensate for the sake of equality. Well he wasn't equal in that he is claiming, and seems to have been backed up by the court, that he was not treated as an equal. He was not trained as others were, therefore limiting his ability to do his job properly. Compound that with the fact that they basically put a sign on him that read, see I am black and I got this job because I am black, and you could very easily erase any goodwill of the original intention!
