What idiots. If they want to say whatever they want without being called on it or “censored” maybe they should shut up and start their own blog. But that would make too much sense, to the liberal everything is everone elses responsibility to provide for them, and we should welcome their abuse.

Those who post anon are usually trying to hide behind that so they can talk how they only dream they could.
Most people would not dream of saying that to someones face or if they had a name / email and IP that showed who they were.
In this case the person was obviously ditch-dumb, and hope the emails he will most likely be getting will help increase his understanding that it is not nice to go out, attack others and issue death threats.

Really, a guy who is supposed to be an author — although the “best selling book” he crows about can’t be found on Amazon.com — should be able to convey his point of view without resorting to using such disgusting language, don’t you think? I’ll bet he’s just arrogant enough to think he’s writing his hate mail anonymously.

Sister, the point made about turning this post over to the FBI is a valid one. I didn’t say anything earlier because I hear all the time threats made to the President and Vice President that I lose track.
I really think the next time DU, Daily Krap, MoveOn.org, etc. entertains these kind of posts, the moderators and site owners should be spending a few nights in Federal lockups without being segregated from the run of the mill prisoners.

This guy did not threaten ST so it’s not an FBI concern this time (unlike the last one). This Dave Capra guy is not too bright though, posting such emails from his home. How many Dave Capra’s could there be in Downers Grove, IL? (answer: only 1). Why he would write such a disgusting note, and then advertise his address and phone number on the web is beyond me.
He apparently has a book and podcast or something to sell. I can’t believe such comments would help that venture.

It makes me physically ill sometimes to think of the kicks these sick morons who send this stuff get off of attempting to intimidate and harass others.
- Sistah – This sort of thing is sometimes more than just a simple case of angry retort because they’ve lost a debate or an acting out for attention. Theres a certain small percentage of the ANTS (Angry Net Terrorizing Stalkers) that have serious mental issues. Back when I used to be an IRCop on one of the major chat nets we had a number of cases we had to track down. One birdbrain was so brazen he sent a gif of his drivers license to the gal, and of course got a quick visit from the Okl. FBI very shortly after. Another case in Kansas City ended tragically, because the people involved failed to take the threats seriously. I would hope the people you’re working with are looking out steadfastly for your safety and interests, but I’m sure they are. Its just nothing to blow off or fool around with. Every case needs to be followed through and the perp put out of business, or at the very least exposed. Many times the perps family or boss have no idea they’re doing this. Exposing them can get them into anger management therapy, before they do something more serious than nasty words on a monitor.

Again, those that do things like this would never do something like this in a face to face situation, figuring they can hide behind anon flags and think they are “invisible” to you.
If this is coming from a business, I would inform the business owner/ IT person there so they can investigate. Michelle Malkin did in one case, and they investigated and the culprit lost his job for sending threaten emails through the company computer system.
