Steve, pull your head out. You are entirely ignorant. Sticking our heads in the sand does NOT make our problems go away. And, unfortunately, it is part of human nature (at least for some) to be capable of possessing great EVIL; and as such, when these peopple rear their ugly heads in their ugliest forms, there is no way to deal with them, except to eradicate them. The alternative is to BE ERADICATED, in time, ourselves. For God’s sake, if only the world had listened to Winston Churchill – 50 million lives would likely have been saved by extinguishing the Nazis BEFORE they became a threat. Of course, hindsight is always 20/20. This is exactly why we need leaders that can see more than ONE chess move ahead – which, incidentally, is one reason you will NEVER be a leader.

You have no vision other than tunnel-vision.

And you just don’t get it – tyranny CANNOT be cured with cowardice and complacency.

Calling something illegal doesn’t make it illegal. If I say someone’s word on this blog due to lack of personal responsibility is illegal it doesn’t make it so. Repeating an accusation over and over doesn’t make it true. If the left’s plan to “make the right’s life very difficult” is spouting lies and accusations daily that we have to defend and set the record straight on it is only a) not helpful to this country during a time of war b) a surefire way to keep the left out of power.

Now Steve are you talking about John Kerry, cause us on the right did purtty darn good in the 2004 election, and the “illegal” war was goin on then. The people are tired of the political opportunisim on both sides of the aisle and I have a feeling that incumbents are going to be replaced by a new set of “Neo-Cons”, Dems and Repubs alike. But there will be a yet another Republican majority.

Also Steve, I have used several different arguments with you, to help you out of the deception that holds you. It is not I, but you who seems to be stuck in an “echo chamber”. LOL You do tend to repeat the same baseless charges pretty constantly. Look at your “illegal” war comment. This war started when Iraq attacked Kuwait in 1990. It was not us, but Iraq who broke the truce that had ceased aggressions between the US and Iraq. Due to their aggressions, this war was continued. They lost, and 1 by 1 this dictatorship is being brought to justice. So go ahead and continue to parrot the senseless diatribe of illegal war. The only Iraqi’s that feel that way, were the facists that were there before we kicked them out. If that is who you want to align yourself with, then everything else you say has no validity, as you have allied yourself with very evil people, and I just don’t care what evil has to say. But what really facinates me about the scripture you are quoting is the fact that the next thing Jesus did was reattach the ear of the servant. Now when you can start doing miracles like that perhaps we will start listening abit more to you. Steve – It might be helpful to the voracity of your postings if, as a minimum, you’d at least take the time to understand the Authors meaning when they have quoted things. As much as you’d love to try to paint the US as a rabid, war mongering nation of superhawks, its simply not true, as our 200 year history attests. We do not live by the sword. In fact if other nations would stop jerking the tail of the dragon, we’d probably never go to war, with the exception of protecting nations that are our allies , which lunitic demogogs that arise from time to time, would destroy.

- I defy you to give me a single instance in our entire history when we arbirarily, out of the blue, with simple aggression, and no provication, attacked another country. You cannot, because as hard as you try to apply “equivalancy” and revise history, it just hasn’t happened.

- We do not “live by the sword”. In our case it would be accurate to say instead we have “survived by reticent use” of the sword. The difference is something akin to the difference between night and day.

- In that passage it would be much more applicable, albeit deny the left the opportunity for “gaming” if it said “Aggressors who live by the sword…..ect”
