Yeah, how many Old Dinosaur Media reporters are out there like Yon, and how many “news” outlets like the NYT and CBS are covering them?

We keep getting Hotel dispatches from them. And a lot of editorial garbage disguised as “news” reporting.

I have always liked his work and I respect his guts and determination to go into Iraq. Being embedded with a combat group is a rough deal. I personally would have found it impossible to write objectively about the actions of a group of soldiers who held my life in there hands everytime we went anywhere. My column would be about kissing their butts for keeping me alive. That fellow has real chutzpah.

I’m sorry, and I don’t care how well written a piece is, I cannot read about one group of people trying to kill another group of people and a third group of people trying not to get killed by the other two or three or how many other groups of people trying to cause death, there may be. Only the unarmed and non-violent are not terrorists, sorry. Peace
