Not surprised by Julians’ statements at all. More ashamed that he would publically diminish the organization that purports to be soooo inclusive.

As a member of the NAACP and the MA GOP I proudly uphold the principals (tenants) of both and they have very interesting crossroads that support the very thing that the Democrats claim to be, but aren’t (also grew up in Chicag circa Daley).

The NAACP has, is and more than likely will continue to stay so out of touch to the young members of society, especially if they cannot drop the look at what we did attitude. They need to imbrace both parties equally (like the Urban League) and show how the accomplishments they have achieved are relevant to todays young.

While I will not revoke my membership in either organization, I will however look to new leaders with a more open viewpoint at both to throw support and votes behind.
