Liberals need to understand that politicians in this country “care” too much and give taxpayers dollars everywhere to show that they “care”. What we need in this country is a resurgence of personal responsibility. People need to be impacted for poor decision making (like not saving and buying too much stuff). People need to work if they are able-bodied. People need to follow directions and have 3 days of water and food in their pantry/garage and not shoot at police and firefighters and rescue workers coming in to save people after hurricane.

We can always look to government for the blame or the solution but my thing is looking at ourselves for the solution and for what we can do.

The biggest job of the federal government is national security and we are diluting it’s ability to carry out that function by the very fact that it spends less as a percentage of federal expenditures than pre WW2.

Entitlements are expected to double in the next 10 years and Entitlements make up 53% of the current budget. That means that the budget would have to double for entitlements to remain at 53% but for that to happen revenues must double. Revenues can’t double if Democrats get their way of raising taxes in my opinion because that would put a damper on the economy and the revenues would not grow as fast as if the economy was growing.
