The new motto for San Fransissy can be "The City that Gives a S@#t". But why stop with just dog poop they could put the homeless to work. I can see it now "We will supply the food you just give us s@#t" or "No work just sit-n-s@%t". I wonder if they will have night deposit boxes for the homeless?
