CZ, Robert Conrad’s birthday is today. He’s 71, if I remember the morning Birthdays on the radio right. It is also Ron Howard and Cacherine Bach’s Birthday. Daisy Duke and Opie are 52.

This is good to hear. Without the TV show (one of my favorites) starring Robert Conrad most people would never know who Col. Boyington was. People forget who our “real” war heroes were (see Senator John “Swifty” Kerry (L) Mass.)

FYI-Conrad was on FOXNEWS last week speaking on this subject and he looked quite old and frail. Sad to see, he was a toughguy in film and real life. And a conservative.
