The secrecy of our government creates the Bloger problem. Bolger was a mob boss in Boston who was reeled in by the Feds and then allowed to kill 30+ people while his handler looked the other way. The only reason Bolger could do this was because the public was kept in the dark by the government and because his handler was corrupt. We the people have a right to know everything that our government is doing.
