Too be perfectly honest, as soon as I wrote “blonde”, I had a pang and re-thought the descriptive. But, the one thing that stands out about this lady is here long, flowing, platinum tresses and I wanted a visual not a name. The fact that the blond reference conjured up other sterotypes was certainly a part of the equation. To be clear I have only one real prejudice left and that is the use of violence. Peace

Is Moussaoui a US citizen?

If not then why is he being put through the court system like one?

If he is not a US citizen then he should be tried by a Military Tribunal as an enemy combatant.

We need to stop treating terrorism like a police matter.

My money is on the Liberal/Activist Judge sitting on this case. Who was looking for any and all possibilities of throwing out the Death Penalty; first and foremost. Then do her best to make a mockery of the “trial” afterwards.

Personal opinion is that Moussaoui should be tried before a Military Tribunal as an Illegal Combatant. Found guilty and hanged or shot immediately.

But that’s just me.

Moussaoui admitted his guilt. That is enough to justify giving him a death penalty. Personally, I think he should be dropped from an airplane without parachute on to Tora Bora or some other Al Qaeda mountain hiding place or just take him to ground zero and blow his brains out on live TV.

As to our legal system, it is time to really clean it up. There is so much wrong with it that it needs more than an overhaul.
