Thanks for the take on what could follow. For one thing, Jesse can smell money a mile away and there has been nothing on record to verify that he has ever done anything not personally beneficial. You can bet that if Willie gets his, Jesse will get some, too. After I read SHAKEDOWN, a book by Timmerman, Jesse took ambulance chasing to a whole new level.
Thanks again for the legal stuff; I went to law school once but it was so darned long ago…. and then after I sat on my clay tablets and broke them, tried to rely on memory, but that didn’t work. Oh, well.

A man stands in the shadows of the Duke Lacrosse ‘rape’ caseâ€¦watching and waiting. While the three wealthy, white male students remains in criminal court, he is not likely to step forward.

Even at this early stage, the stripper’s mother is “very much interested” in “getting Willie E. Gary is a litigator renowned for winning huge settlements.

The stripper’s parents met with Gary in April. The meeting was facilitated by civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Gary acts as a family adviser, and the parents are laying groundwork to make a civil bid. Public opinion can be a large bargaining chip in obtaining a lucrative settlement. Earlier, the parents spoke freely; now they’re being more media savvy.

Essence Magazine featured three articles by Kristal Brent Zook. Each is sympathetic to the accuser. (1st) “Family Defends Daughter’s Painful Past”, (2nd) “Nowhere to Turn,” depicts the accuser as living in terror. (3rd) is basically an announcement of Willie Gary’s appearance in the case; it concludes by stating that the parents “worry that their daughter mayâ€¦need additional legal guidance.”

Civil law deals in torts or harms inflicted by one person upon another; its purposes are compensation for actual or perceived damages.

A “guilty” verdict in criminal court can be used to establish liability in a civil one but if the verdict is “not guilty” or the charges are dropped, a civil case can proceed independently.

Kobe Bryant settled out-of-court settlement. Such settlements are not necessarily admissions of guilt. After months of media blitz, Bryant may have been embarrassed to settle, so civil suits could be lucrative even if the “accuser’s” claim is completely fabricated. The Duke students will face the same choice?

Civil suits can be lucrative, and they’re easier to win; standards of evidence and other legal protections enjoyed by a defendant are significantly lowered in civil court.

Clearly, her parents wish to explore a civil proceeding. Gary is conspicuously available.

I used to be one of Jesse “The Joke” Jacksons greatest supporters back in the day until I read the book SHAKEDOWN by Timmerman. I now think he is the most disgusting excuses for a human on this earth. To be aware that he has used the Civil Rights cause for his own benefit and line his pockets with money he extorted on behalf of the black people just leaves me with feelings of disgust and anger for that person. He lives in a $1.5 million house in Chicago, his kids never went to a public school. He black balled a couple of female journalists for publicizing some of his shennanigans and then got them fired. His squeeze did Anhauseer Busch out of a distributorship in Chicago for his two sons and was paying his mistress Karen Stanford (pull it up on Solargeneral.com) to work as a ghost employee of his non-profit CEF to keep her mouth shut about their love child. Government inquisitors into his use of the non-profit funds first found on public record that he was paying her $24,000, then further inquiry discovered it was more like $36,000; recently, the mistress took him to court to increase the personal care and child support to $120,000 annualy. I really used to favor the bum until I discovered he was using “the black cause” to line his own pockets. Read the book, it’s a real eye opener.

Next time Jackson shows up to scheme some ‘face time’ with the press, somebody should ask him on the air if his mistress Karen Stanford is still on his payroll. Last I heard, she was pulling down $120,000 a year as a ‘ghost employee’ at one of his bogus non-profits and taking him to court to double child support for their love child.

What would a rape expert say?

How many times have groups of 47 or even 3 men who enjoy forcible rape committed gang rape in the past? (the Central Park Jogger gang rape false convictions was overturned by DNA). Name all the gang rape cases in the USA (3 or more men) that you can.

(If you think men are packs of rapists, you took too many feminist courses.)

How many of the men who enjoy forcible rape and get off on the power like their victims drugged unconscious so they can’t experience the rape?

Alternative Theories:

The victim was so drugged/drunk that she does not know what happened.

The victim was so drugged/drunk that she was not capable of giving consent and the men may not have realized this, being drunk/drugged or just young and naive (she likes me).

The victim blurted out “rape” when wasted and mad over a bad night and is stuck with her story.

The victim has psychological problems and not a good grip on reality.
