On a national level, no, but on a local level – this is a town council. Their little “resolution” means absolutely nothing.

You’re obviously new here and haven’t read what I’ve said about Tom DeLay. Don’t jump to conclusions about me until you’ve read more. Just a little helpful hint that might make you look a little less foolish next time you comment.
