Its just that its not. Read the constitution. It doesn’t say that rights belong to citizens.

This Sheriff Arpaio just knocks me out. What a great no-nonsense kinda guy. He’s in the mold of that kick-butt military officer who said, “Don’t get stuck on stupid.” (Can’t recall the name) These guys are a breath of fresh air and the type of take-charge in-charge people this country needs more of. I think they’re what’s called “men”.

– You have a right to deportation in liue of imprisonment if found guilty of illegal entry.

– You have a right to consul.

– you have a right to trial, as outlined in the Geneva conventions.

– You have a right to minimal nourishment and medical attention.

– You have a right to family contact, and or visitation.

William Murchison write this piece for the Washington Times. While I disagree with his conclusions about immigration, he had this to say:

To [reduce the problem of illegal immigration], we need to start taking away basic, especially economic, freedoms, such as the right to save and invest and make a profit. We need a judicial system rigged against the productive and imaginative. We need to nationalize basic industries and freeze wages and prices. We need to clamp down on capitalistic success, partly by confiscatory taxes. We need to stir class warfare and jealousy of the affluent. We might be on the way had we elected Howard Dean president two years ago.

Hmm – is this the Democrats’ stealth strategy for dealing with illegal immigration? Turn the USA into a leftist hellhole worse than Mexico so that people cross the border going south?:-?

I don’t thikn people that are deported are found guilty. I dont’ think they go to court. I think its an administrative hearing.

Here’s an example. Amendment 6 is about “all criminal prosecutions.” Which I take it would need in order to declare someone illegal. It doesn’t limit itself to certain laws.

Read your constitution again. You’ll find that most of it doesn’t mention citizenship, but rather ‘people’ or other things.
