I don’t thikn people that are deported are found guilty. I dont’ think they go to court. I think its an administrative hearing.

Here’s an example. Amendment 6 is about “all criminal prosecutions.” Which I take it would need in order to declare someone illegal. It doesn’t limit itself to certain laws.
