I love cherry pie, but I don't like cherry picking. Some people are trying to claim that the defense attorneys are cherry picking, but I don't see it.

Much of the information Mike Nifong leaked wasn't so much cherry picked as it was artificially made by him personally (i.e. date rape drug, his reasoning of no DNA match, etc...).

Maybe Nifong is just clumsy and trying to make a pie, which would explain why he has egg on his face.

When the stripper "eeny meeny miney moed" the boys out of a line up that guaranteed only Duke Lacrosse boys were chosen, to the DNA (or lack of), the boys' alibis, the 2nd stripper changing her story to profit from this scandal, the cab driver, I didn't think this case could get any weaker, but then evidence reveals that stripper lied to police about not having sex for a week, then later confessed to having sex with her boyfriend and two other men who drove her to the party, and using a "vibrator" in a performance prior to the Duke party.

And again when you think that this case couldn't get anymore ridiculous, from Nifong's own reports we find out that the police omitted important information including that the stripper claimed that the 2nd stripper, Kim Roberts Pittman, helped the boys rape her.

<b>The stripper originally claimed that the second stripper helped with the rape!
</b>
Just when you think this case hit rock bottom, there's about 50 feet of crap, then you find a sub-basement where in the corner Mike Nifong is clutching this case like "Gulum", from the movie Lord of the Rings, clutches the "ring of power".

If Mike Nifong doesn't get disbarred after this, then there really is a corrupt system in Durham that protects rich white guys. In Nifong's case - stupid rich white guys with transparent political agendas, but maybe I'm wrong. Maybe Nifong can turn a pig's ear into a silk purse.

The Duke Case's Cruel Truth
Hateful Stereotypes of Black Women Resurface

She was black, they were white, and race and sex were in the air.
But whatever actually happened that March 13 night at Duke University -- both the reported rape and its surrounding details are hotly disputed -- it appears at least that the disturbing historic script of the sexual abuse of black women was playing out inside that lacrosse team house party.
Two black women performed an exotic dance. The white men in their audience shouted racial epithets, one of the women has said. Things got rough. Someone in the crowd held a broomstick aloft and shouted "I'm gonna shove this up you," the other woman told police when she reported being raped. As the women fled the house, a neighbor reportedly heard one of the men shout: "Hey bitch, thank your grandpa for my nice cotton shirt."

She was black, they were white, and race and sex were in the air. (the boys may have just been thinking about sex and not about race, and unhappy about the short sex show)
But whatever actually happened that March 13 night at Duke University -- both the reported rape and its surrounding details are hotly disputed -- it appears at least (at least implies guilt) that the disturbing historic script of the sexual abuse (is watching a strip show and making tasteless comments "sexual abuse") of black women (the boys actually ordered a white stripper) was playing out inside that lacrosse team house party.
Two black women (one was a half black, half Asian which the boys mistook for a Hispanic stripper they were promised) performed an exotic dance. The white men in their audience shouted racial epithets (only after they got in a financial dispute), one of the women has said. Things got rough (implies violence not rough words). Someone in the crowd held a broomstick aloft and shouted "I'm gonna shove this up you," the other woman told police when she (eventually) reported being raped (after being arrested for public intoxication). As the women fled (helped to the car by some of the boys) the house, a neighbor reportedly heard one of the men shout: "Hey bitch, thank your grandpa for my nice cotton shirt."

- Whatever the truth is, assuming it will come out eventially, its pretty obnious the sacraficial table has been set becuse the guys come from well to do upper class families. Which for the Liberals, who work from a base of class warfare, is grist for the mill right out of the chute.

- Its interesting to watch the Liberals like Cholmes immediately line up on the accusers side, sympyomatic of the "victum of the man" mentality, that they view the world through on every issue.

- And then they laughably deny they are in perfect concert with Communist ideals.

- This Prosecutor better have a smoking gun in his court file, because if this turns out to be another phony political witch hunt, hes going to be in for a hard life.

- My best guess is the boy friend(pimp), got really angry when she showed up broke becayse she got so wasted she forgot the money. He beat her up, had his way with her, and then threatened her with this trumped up scam as a way to get out of his bad graces, maybe even escape a worse beating.

- Its an old, all too familiar story, that happens every day of the week, and one that any big city cop can spot in a heart beat. I'd give it a 98% chance of being exactly what happened. The final piece fell in place when the only positive DNA on her privates came back as her so-called boy friends. If this would have happened in Detroit, Chicago, LA, or New York, it never would have made it to the first hearing.

The menatility of his exists mostly on the left though. Conservatives generally preach about ending discrimination and preferential treatment based on race ala Ward Connerly's book of solution called "Creating Equal". THe opposition to him and his message came from extreme leftists.

How did this post get lost? Scroll down people!!! :)

I can't believe that mentality of that kid. Would it be fair to say I believe that kid is leftist? :)

Is he saying he's not for the rule of law? One thing is for sure... leftists have a pattern of making false allegations (yes I'm generalizing) but they will sometimes slip up and admit it's ok or right as a means to an end.
