Obligatory LBJ story:

My Dad knew one of the pilots on AF One back in the day. LBJ used to like to wander around in his underwear, very very loose fitting boxers, which earned him the nickname “bull nuts.” It was not a loving term of endearment. He used to think actually calling and talking to the steward was beneath him, he’d call the pilot and talk to him and tell him what he wanted the steward to do, and then the pilot would have to call the steward. One day, he actually picked up the phone to the steward himself and rang him up. The steward answered with “What the hell does old Bull Nuts want now?” thinking it was the pilot. After a pause, he hears LBJ yell “Another #^$*&@ steward when we get back to Andrews!” and the receiver is slammed down.
