If Nevada officials had any cajones, they'd have shipped off the entire "Yearly Kos" crowd to the rubber rooms and began treatment of the attendees' various mental illnesses. The Nevada Governor could have applied for a Disaster Declaration from the Federal Gov't since there was such a crush put on the state of Nevada's resources to treat mental illness.
