- Its really kind of pathetic, watching Lurch try one more time to rally the hard Left base because even he knows that a second bite of the apple is highly unusual in American politics, particularly when many in your own party see you as a total indecisive disaster. Even when it happens it has a way of making an unbelievable mess (re Nixon). Kerry has no chance, but as the supreme opportunist, nothing stops him, even his own party’s future.

- The Left is trying so hard to get out in front of the Iraq situation, that now they’ll even try to claim authorship to exactly the plan that Bush/Rumsfeld have had in place since day one. You heard Deam making that rediculous statement just today. They know that Iraq is THE issue, and that at the present they are cast as complete weenies on the WOT, and have only one real position, cut and run, and they’re panicky.

- Tell you the truth, with votes like they’ve called for, they’re just digging the hole deeper and deeper.

Kerry, who was for withdrawing the troops this year before he was for withdrawing them next year, might not be the Democratc nominee next time after he was the Democratic nominee last time.

I remember being over in Iraq while the election was going on. I stayed up all night to watch it because alot of us were VERY nervous that Kerry might get elected.

Thank GOD that Kerry lost!!!!
