The center is where the wishy-washy and the undecideds reside. They call themselves centrists to appear to be calm and well-reasoned, when in fact, they don’t have the spine to take a real stand and support a position. For this, even the Sheehan types at least have the courage of their woefully stupid convictions and can claim a wee bit of kudos (very wee). Even one who is fiscally conservative, but socially liberal isn’t a centrist as he’s totally conservative fiscally and totally liberal socially (and only half right).

The center is a relative term Tom. The center of a 90 degee angle is 45 degrees. The problem is the left have gone over the deep end in many cases and are at 180 degrees, so now the center is right back in leftists territory. What good does that do us on the right. Logically, it is those that have gone so far left that need to come right alot further than those of us on the right need to go left. – Lorica

Benning, you don’t want them back. What they are going thru they must go thru to weed out everything that is so devious and hateful. They must come to the end of this horrible philosophy. Honestly tho the more I learn about the Dem party, and some of the “great” leaders they hold so near and dear to their heart, the more I realize that this deception runs deep. How many thinking people can hear the garbage that runs out of the mouths of the leadership of the Dem party, and give it “Amens”. It is appalling how people can stand in agreement with these spiteful, hateful, devious and horrible comments. But then when people forget the past, they will end up repeating it. – Lorica

Yes they do. During the Cold War a majority of Democrats chose the Soviet Union over freedom and democracy. So-called “peace” protestors are not a recent development. I lost count of the number of Democratic politicians and journalists who made careers sucking up to the Soviet Union imperialists, Central American terrorists, and genocidal maniacs in Southeast Asia. And now they have chosen the side of the Islamist terrorists. Democrats really do want to rule the world and think that sabotaging the war against the Islamist terrorists is their ticket to permanent power. A kind of modern Hitler-Stalin pact.

All ‘Yoks’ aside, I have to wonder how long it will be before the vast majority of Democrats come to the conclusion that their political party has been taken over by some very dangerous fanatics. Dean is not the oddest, only one of the loudest and most visible. I refuse to believe that these Democrats, my fellow countrymen and women, would surrender the sovereignty of their nation on the altar of un-American, Leftist Dogma.

There must be a way to pull them from the brink of political and national suicide! Surely they must be able to see what is happening throughout the world. Not simply in Iraq and in Lebanon. The Cult of Death is on the march everywhere and the Leftists are surrendering and demanding that we surrender also.

What can I say about howie, one second away from total insanity, dean. Every time this dim wit so called dr. opens up his mouth the Conservatives look better.
Picture this, as Sophia used to say on the Golden Girls before she told one of her numerous stories, you are in an exam room and howie walks in and only does his mouth thing, I don’t know about you but I’d be off that table and running for the exit.

If I was a democrat, I would be embarassed to have this guy leading my party. There are many decent democrats in the senate, but they never get any airtime as the left(MSM) seems to promote the extreme.
