Jimmy Carter has refused to call Hamas a terrorist organization, and now Carter’s former Chief of Mission to Iraq Ed Peck won’t call Hezbollah a terrorist organization – but compares WWII veterans to terrorists.
Allah has posted a link to the audio recording of the last call one 9-11 victim ever made (transcript here). This came out a few months ago but, like Allah, I hadn’t heard about it til this evening.
Drew McKissick at the Conservative Outpost has a column posted today that talks about a ballot initiative that will be voted on this fall in the state of Arizona. It’s something called the “Voter Reward Act”:

Former Phoenix Suns superstar Charles Barkley is considering the possibility of running for Governor of Alabama in 2010. Nothing especially notable about that (outside of the celebrity factor) but what is worth noting is his announcement that if he did decide to seek the Alabama Governor’s office in 2010, he’d so so as a Democrat because he’s no longer a Republican.
