What I have heard so far makes me think this is the work of a nutjob (or a couple of nutjobs) rather than a terrorist plot.

Nutjob or not the tactic is terrorism — plotted or not. However, he chose a location, chose a method, and took steps to make it happen — becausee of something happening halfway arond the world.

Nutjob? Almost certainly. Terrorism? Equally certain.

This guy came in and shot a bunch of WOMEN.
Some of them pregnant at that.
BTW,
This moron has pending public indecency charges.
He apparently climbed a flagpole and wagged his winkie at people passing by.
Many, many years ago, I had some acquaintances from Pakistan who told me that exposing your junk and wagging it about was considered the ultimate insult in their eyes.
This moron was not attempting to expose himself, he was exhibiting his disdain and insulting those around him.
After reading that portion of the article, I am not surprised that he later started shooting.
Too bad he was not treated in the same manner he treated those women!

What I have heard so far makes me think this is the work of a nutjob (or a couple of nutjobs) rather than a terrorist plot. Not that that excuses it, of course, but as Captain Ed pointed out on his Web site this attack seems to no sense even from the terrorists’ point of view.

Of course, we shall have to wait and see.
