A few hours after Reuters announced he was "suspended", they announced they would no longer purchase his photo's. they also went to great lengths to mention he was not a staff photog, but freelance. Of course there's nothing to prevent them from buying from him in the future under a pseudonym. So it's really a lot of smoke and noise. they still havn't admited any culpability, which is hanging out there like a Dan Rather moment. - They've also basically dodged the fact that the reposted 2nd version, supposidly the original was also photoshopped, which they handled by just yanking it with no comments. The faact that as of now, none of the staff photo review people have been even mentioned, let along cut free, pretty well indicates they were allowing direct feeds with no editorial oversite, which is even more damning, but you won't ever get them to admit that without a gun to their heads. - Bang **== Marshall – Yes.
