This would be grounds for drawing and quartering if it was a Republican or conservative, but since it's a liberal Democrat the news media and Democrat politicians will trot out the usual "nothing to see here, move along, move along" rhetoric. This case has about zero chance of standing on appeal, but I bet this has been planned as well. The Dems know that by justice shopping this one, it'll be well after the fall elections before it gets overturned, plenty of time to hammer Bush and the Republicans over "illegal" activities that actually aren't before the election.
