		<description>What was all that talk a while back about cultures of corruption? This would be grounds for drawing and quartering if it was a Republican or conservative, but since it&#039;s a liberal Democrat the news media and Democrat politicians will trot out the usual &quot;nothing to see here, move along, move along&quot; rhetoric. 

This case has about zero chance of standing on appeal, but I bet this has been planned as well. The Dems know that by justice shopping this one, it&#039;ll be well after the fall elections before it gets overturned, plenty of time to hammer Bush and the Republicans over &quot;illegal&quot; activities that actually aren&#039;t before the election. This reeks of the kind of things they claim Rove does.</description>
