ST, Brian at Iowa Voice is hated here by the left. They hate him almost as they do the President. Actually, I’m not too far behind in their pantheon of hate.

Brian has evolved to a blogger who just posts. I think he’s better at that.

For the record, I used to contribute to Iowa Voice when Brian was looking for more content and clicks.

Sis, consider yourself hugged and kissed! :x What does an article like this mean? Well, since I'm vacationating (a Picoism, of which there are many) this week, I just happened to be one of the first to pick up on some silliness from truthout.org, wrote about it, and forwarded it to several people, one of whom was Patterico. Patterico wrote a small posting on it, in which he linked back to my site for more. The result? He quadrupled my traffic for the first day, and more than doubled it for the second. Even the third day after his link, my traffic was sixty percent above what it had been. Of course, Patterico knew just what a plug on a major blog does for a smaller one: he was Powerline's Blog of the Week (for two weeks running, I think), and that bumped up his traffic! Thanks again, Sis (and another cyberhug!)

Sister, thanks for the validation. There are really a ton of really good bloggers out there but the stars have to align just so to make it “big”. You’re always on top of it. I appreciate your sentiments not because it’s a plug, but because you think so.
