Garnish wages, if necessary, until the full cost of the delay is compensated. Perhaps 30 days, might "divert" such people from taking these things so lightly. If it's a real threat, of course, throw the book at 'em. I must say, pre 9/11, some of what was listed would not have even raised an eyebrow. That something that at one time was so innocuous, such as a missing panel, could cause such concern is reason enough to fight the WOT with extreme prejudice. I want my old America back, damn it, and it may never happen in my lifetime. Thanks Osama. May your wish that you not be taken alive come to pass quickly. At the very least, G. The cost to the airlines and the government is substantial. Anyone screwing around, such as the 12 guys on the German Flight should really be penalized for the cost.
