This woman’s got the right idea:

Surrounded by idiots
Caption: Marge Trowbridge, a lone supporter of President George W. Bush, carries a sign claiming she is surrounded by idiots as she walks in front of an anti-war protest on Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, Maine, Saturday afternoon Aug. 26, 2006. You go, girl =d>

Here’s more of the types of idiots she’s talking about.

Update: Speaking of idiots

If memory serves, Lieutenant General Lewis Burwell Puller had a quote for her particular position. (His friends called him Chesty Puller)

[Click here] and then scroll down to quotes.

  3. Marshall Art says:

It works perfectly, Forest. Thanks for the link. Puller is ther real deal and so is that lady in the midst of the moonbats.

  4. G Monster says:

Al Gore looks like grandpa munster in the picture. He and Lurch should get together and run for something, just not the prewsidency.

Methinks that “Bush Derangement Syndrome” is becoming an epidemic…amongst said idiots. **==

Now she knows how I feel!

Every Wednesday the hippies in my city gather for a “silent vigil” against the war in Iraq. An Army wife friend of mine and a couple others meet every Wed. a few feet away to make it fair and balanced. They have signs that read “End the Occupation” (I tell them to get a dictionary and look up “occupaton” becuase that isn’t what’s happening in Iraq) and we have signs that say “We Gave Peace a Chance; We Got 9/11″ and “United We Win”.

Anyone can do this. Pro-America rallies can be held at any anti-war event and I urge all those who support the war on terror to exercize their freedom of speech!

  7. Drewsmom says:

These people never cease to amaze me, I’m not sure who they hate more, their own country or Bush, its just so loony. They have forgotten 9/11, like it never happened, I’m sure these losers agree w/ray nagin, famous savior major of new orleans who said last night on 60 (long) minutes when asked about the mess not cleaned up in NO he said well yall can’t fix a hole in the ground in New York, A TYPICAL DEM RESPONSE TO 9/11 —– A HOLE IN THE GROUND, are you proud of your party chritine brewitz (sp) the lady who was always on hardball with spittin chris, campaigning for flick face kerry, THIS IS HOW THE DEMS FEEL ABOUT 9/11 … A HOLE IN THE GROUND THAT HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED UP …. BUT FEAR NOT THE DEMS WANTA PUT A FREEDEOM CENTER THERE SO MUSLIMS CAN TELL US HOW UNFAIR WE ARE. !!!!!
Yeah, I guess you can say I am pissed.
I wish I had been there with that lady.

  8. arcman says:

When one looks at the likes of Pelosi, Reed, Kennedy, Murtha, McDermott, etc being back in the majority party, we better hope that she is not in the minority. I know I feel exactly like her.

  9. Jim M says:

These Anti-War, Peace at any price pacifists are not even “Useful Idiots”. This is the unfortunate effect of some of the laws in this country subverting Darwinism!
    :d

  10. OMG Sister!

This pic is perfect. May I use it, or at least get information for where I can get permission to use it?

That photo is great! Brave woman.

  12. NC Cop says:

    Amy,

Is there a place you can find out information as to the location and date of such protests in my city? I usually never know about them until after they have occurred.

We had several in my city where Muslims had gathered to protest the Israeli action in Lebanon, but I did not know about them until afterwards.

  13. benning says:

    Yay to go, Marge! :d**==

  14. Amy Proctor says:

Drewsmom, great comments! I couldn’t agree more. What an insensitve comment by Nagin about a “hole in the ground” in NYC. What a dolt. Isnt’ this the same Dem. mayor who complained about the price of war in Iraq and the lack of electricty and services there… meanwhile, they’re having a WAR… adn he’s the MAYOR and cannot even get New Orleans together despite the fact that billions of dollars are just being thrown at him. He has no right ot complain about Iraq and the progress. He’s a horrible leader. But, N.O. gets what they deserve. They want him and his incompetence.

I think libs hate America more than they hate Bush, although the level of hostility is probably equal. Bush is the physical embodiment of what America is: freedom to worship God, to be benevolent and keep the Golden Rule, while lowering taxes. Libs have always been around and there was an anti-war movement (much smaller but nonetheless) in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, and every subsequent war.

NC Cop, What city in NC are you in? A friend of mine found that the ant-war nuts were protesting weekly and we just gather ourselves up and stand about 10 yards away to make it fair and balanced. We’re not an official group, just a few friends who go out. We do get particpation from Free Republic. They come out with us once a month for a bigger show of force.

  15. NC Cop says:

I live in the Greensboro/High Point/Winston Salem area. I wish I knew when and where these protests were taking place, I’d like to show up there myself.

  16. Drewsmom says:

Amy, NC COP, CHECK THE AIR FARES FOR ME….. I’m FLYING UP FROM ALABAMA TO JOIN YA.!!!!!:)**==:d
