I am currently trying to turn around some of the Hollywood Elite on thier liberal thinking. Yes, I mingle with some of the not so rich and not so famous and get right into the debate. But they are still Hollywood people and although it takes some heated debate I can actually flip 50% of them. After this miniseries that nails Clinton, I think I can get that number up to 70%.

If she was a lifelong Republican she probably didn’t know why and has simply listened to the MSM the last 10 years. It happens. Lack of due diligence is the trait of the misinformed.

So… I guess we should “cut and run” now. Oh. But wait, the phrase is “redploy our forces” no matter what the consequences.

This sounds exactly like the kind of article the MSM blesses us with right before every major election, telling us in sonorous and somber tones, weighted with inflection designed to convey deep seriousness, and informing us that all the “conservatives” or “Republicans” or “soccer moms” or whatever are starting to turn away from Bush and the Republicans. 9 times out of 10 these are not “news” articles but cleverly designed propaganda pieces designed to influence voters and achieve the very end they are allegedly reporting on. It’s so transparent it’s disgusting, the news media has ceased reporting the news and now wants to make the news themselves.

“I think history will show him to be the worst president since Ulysses S. Grant” said Barbara Knight, a self-described Republican since birth and the mother of three. “He’s been an embarrassment.” In the heart of Dixie, comparisons to Grant, a symbol of the Union, is the worst sort of insult, especially from a Macon woman who voted for Bush in 2000 but turned away in 2004.

Yeah, that sounds like a good, conservative Republican Southerner to me! NOT! Just like the usual moonbat cranks who call into talk radio and say “I’m a lifelong Republican, but I hate ChimpyMcHitler!” and then proceed to repeat, word for word, insult for insult, another litany of DNC talking points. Yeah, right, that’s a “lifelong Republican” for you. Grant? Hell, no one I know has a hard on for Grant down here. Lincoln, oooooh yeah, Sherman, big time, but Grant? They really need to understand both conservatives and Southerner’s more if they are going to pull stunts like this off.
