I’m sure Randi will find another radio gig; as for the others, well–they won’t starve.

- Oh well then Ryan. I wasn’t aware of that. In other words the “freedom of speech” station’s 24/7 “hate America” format wasn’t embraced by the racist Conservative demographics it was located in. That’s a completely different situation. Maybe the Radio waves, which the last time I checked we fair and balanced, were in concert with Rove, and stopped in mid-air, a definate conspiracy to suppress your sides freedom to hate if I ever saw one.

Air America was a projectile-vomit spew of Randy Roads/Al Franken’s undigested stomach-pump junk food for the left-wing mind [pardon the oxymoron]. It paid stations to run its drivel, since the audience ranged from slim to none and advertisers wouldn’t run ads on such an idiotic set of programs.

I listened only a few times, and between the vulgarities, the obscenities, and the inanities, there was nothing but idle chatter about the weather. Otherwise just chewing gum for the left-wing mind [again, pardon the oxymoron].

But I watched an ultra-left professor at the U. of Minnesota-Duluth last night on The Factor and this obese idiot claimed Bush was behind the 9/11 disaster and had it staged with thousands of accomplices. UWis-Madison has an adjunct prof making his students buy a book touting the same insane lunacy.

Franken just moved to Minnesota, to be closer to his mental colleagues who elected the brain-challenged buffoon-wrestler Jesse Ventura. The dumb Swedes and Norwegians there eat lutefisk and adore Garrison Keillor. Something in the water, I guess. By the way, Minnesota and Wisconsin lakes are where the loon is found more than anywhere else. Coincidence?

Air America Declaring Bankruptcy

Unlike earlier stories claiming the network would be declaring bankruptcy, this time looks like it’s the real deal. A deal to save the network fell through, leaving no choice but to declare bankruptcy.

Well, not to dampen the party too much, but if the Dems gain control of one or both houses of Congress in this election, expect the demise of Air Amerika to be used as a rationalization for the Dems to hammer conservative talk radio and news with a return of the “fairness” doctrine. Liberals have wanted to silence their opponents on the right by shutting down talk radio for years, and this, in conjunction with a Democratic takeover of Congress, will be all the excuse they need.

If any conservative needs a reason to get their butts to the polls this November, this is a good one. If anyone doubts that the Democrats would attempt to do this, just look at the Peggy Noonan piece on how the left treats opposing viewpoints.
