The BBC isn't just another left wing media organization coming out of the closet. The BBC is the largest broadcaster in the world broadcasting in many languages, including Arabic. The BBC hasn't just been slanting its reporting to the left. The BBC have been actively supporting terrorism and waging a propaganda war against the US and Israel. The BBC even admit that they lie in their Iraq reporting. In this day and age of a global war on terrorism, this isn't to be taken so lightly. I'm an American living in the UK and I've witnessed first hand how the BBC has turned the UK against America. I started my blog almost 3 years ago to expose the BBC's anti American bias. I then started to collect the most damaging BBC reports into a "Case Against the BBC". I'm sure we could make a book out of it if someone wanted to help out. They need desperately to hang onto their MSM hedgemony, made even more paramont with the advent of the Bloggers. - As the MSM withers, so will the gravitas of the Left. It's enevitable. You see signs everyday, the most recent the failure of Err Radio, and the severe cutbacks at ABC. In addition it's widely known that many of the old line legacy journalistic giants, like the NYT, are in deep financial trouble. MSNBC has not been very much of a success, and CBS is struggling, trying to compensate via musical chairs with its top news people, to cool effect so far. whereas the middle to right leaning press and Media, such as FOX, is setting record after record for viewership, and no end in sight. - /tico/ I'm not sure this trend is all too the good. Too much of a monopoly, and the Conservative side could end up falling in love with itself, and lacking a counter balanced opposition, could become many of the lies the Left are always accusing us off. Personally I could live with at least one Lie spewing Liberal "Pravda".
