Yeah, if a Republican was out there saying he was a lawyer and had really flunked the bar exam it would be in BIG BOLD PRINT in the new york slimes.
The bias of the media, both print and TV has been incredible, its just pathetic the statements these candidates say and GET AWAY WITH.

- I think what you’re seeing is the Democratic house of cards starting to crumble. When the drive-by press, and the phony loaded polls didn’t cause the stampede they were hoping for, the mustard started coming off the hot-dog, in the words of Chic Hearn. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the Dems wake up on the 8th with something to REALLY be shocked about.If that happens just maybe the Party moderates will finally get the electorates message.

Ford’s Flippant Faux Pas

We also have the fact that Harold Ford likes to claim he is a lawyer, as shown here, yet as we all know, you have to pass the bar exam to be a lawyer and Ford failed it in February of 1997.
