- With the Dems struggling even to achieve the 15 they need for a sinle seat majority in the House, this is what they are reffering to as their version of a &quot;mandate&quot;. With all of the obstructionism that the Dems have evidenced for the past 6 years, ongoing efforts to work against every aspect of America&#039;s side of the fight in the WOT, coupled with their intensions, should they gain a majority, as Coulter puts it:
