I consider Faith Hill only alittle better than I do the Dixie Chicks. She said that she would never ever come to this community, because out largest auditorium only holds 14,000 people. So I only consider her reaction par for the course. I was shocked at how well Sara Evans did considering all of her troubles lately. She also sang one of my very favorite songs. – Lorica

Stopped by the polling place on the way home from work and was the only one there. But I was voter #417 in the district, which is more than the usual turnout by 4pm.

No checks of ID or anything else here. You give the poll worker your name, they find it in the book, and if you know the correct address and your signature looks close to the one on file, you’re in.

Voted for the RINO, of course. Since I hadn’t been contacted by ACORN or any other Dem group, I’m only going to be voting once. Does that qualify as voter disenfranchisement?

Here in Florida. No lines, only two people voting at 10:30 at my precinct. They said that about 100 people had voted since 7 am, about 30/hour average. Traditional paper ballot with optical scanner. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Just got back from voting. Here is my experience.... 2 people under umbrellas outside half-heartedly giving out political paraphernalia, into the garbage it went as soon as I was out of sight. Inside there wasn't any kind of wait, which was nice. What suprised me was that did NOT ask me for any photo ID, or voters registration card. All they asked me to do was fill out a voters registration card, esentially my name and address, they checked it against there print sheets. I didn't fill it out exactly like their sheet showed, so they asked me to fill in the extra portion (my middle name) on the registration form. They didn't ask to verify at all, just told me to write it in. Checked me off and sent me on my way. Not a big deal for me, since I am legal to vote, but if someone had a name that could be on their books, they did not verification at all, just the name that was written vs what was on their print sheets. ST, not sure if you or anyone else here enjoys country music, but here is the PERFECT music video from her called Politically Uncorrect. Video can be seen HERE. Great video. Likewise, Lorica, no exit pollster has ever approached me. Just as well, I’d damn well refuse to answer, as I bet many others do, or give spurious responses. Dante left out the special circle of Hell for exit pollsters, unless it was dropped in a clumsy translation.

LOL But Exit Polls aren’t accurate either. How many conservatives tell the media what they want to hear when it comes to exit polling??? I have never been in an exit poll, but I would tell them I voted for the Dem. – Lorica

- I posted about the vandalism in NJ at Kean headquarters in the other thread, although I can’t find a link, but apparently the nutcase’s are out in force today, Drudge has a long list of voter and precinct worker “exuberance” already like this one.

Not content with behind the scenes voter fraud, the local Dems have decided to up the ante and go for outright violence and intimidation. Way to go guys. Of course, this will invalidate the election only if a Republican wins, if a Democrat wins it’ll be attributed to just voter exuberence.
