Friedman was one of the best and most eloquent defenders of freedom and capitalism of whom I’ve ever heard, along with Heyak and von Mises. That their works are not mandatory reading in every high school curriculum is proof that our education system is a shambles.

It is sad to me that Joe American on the street has NO IDEA who this guy was. Nor will they. Ignorant public school systems have seen to that. Shame.
