I am the Permanent State Ride Captain for the Mississippi membership of the Patriot Guard Riders. We've jumped into the breach to try and carry this event to as many National Cemeteries as possible where no other local organizations had the manpower to do so. We pray Americans across this great land will make this a day to remember.

To me, personally, this mission means this:

Honor, Respect, Tribute to America's fallen and all those who ever stood up or are now standing on the front lines to defend Her. We ride to Stand for Those Who have Stood For US.

I also look forward to educating our youth to the terrible yet precious cost of Freedom. This is our legacy to them. Carry our torch proudly. Defend your birthright fiercely. Share it lovingly with those in need of liberty.

And NEVER, EVER FORGET!

On December 10, an 18-wheeler hauling FIVE THOUSAND Christmas Wreaths will depart from the state of Maine bound for Arlington National Cemetary. On December 14, these wreaths will arrive at Arlington National Cemetery, to be placed on 5 thousand graves as a part of the Wreaths Across America ceremonies. Simultaneous ceremonies will take place in veteran's cemeteries across this great nation.
This will be the 15th year for Wreaths Across America. Imagine: Row after row of bleached white stones, with evergreen wreaths and red bows – it is a stirring image to commemorate those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country - for us.

This year, the Patriot Guard Riders are HONORED to have been asked to escort the convoy, from Maine to Arlington.

Why do I post this? I'm one of 'em... **==
