In fact, it was two-fer. He said it was no big deal due to the methods the guy used, and that it was foiled without using "illegal" wiretaps. Yet another reacted to a charge filed against the guy for attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction, as if the dead from a single grenade isn't "mass" enough to warrant the charge.
