Mike Nifong knew that this was to be an explosive case, it had all the elements: race, allegations of rape, exotic dancers and white athletes who come from wealthy families.

You all notice how now the alleged victim is described as a stripper. Used to be she was called an exotic dancer.

Yeah, uh huh, right. The “victim” may not have had the “genetic material” (the euphamism of the century) from any of the accused or any other lacrosse team members either in her body or on her underwear, but she did have the “genetic material” from several other men so located.

I’m no lawyer, and I didn’t even spend last night at a Holiday Inn, but I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this case never ever comes to trial.

Yes, I suppose assault and kidnapping is easier to try (DNA doesn’t enter the picture here)than rape, but what jury will believe Ms. Accuser now? Seems to me that all the defense attorneys have to do is not cross-examine her so brutally that the jury ends up feeling sorry for her.

Some minorities believe they cannot be ‘racist’ because only those in power can be racist. It defies common sense but there you go …
