Powerline also says the program will continue, just under FISA. I think conservatives need to stop this thing they do of panicking everytime AP or the NYT puts out some snarky half backed column with their usual spin. This might be a good thing, Bush was keeping the TSP alive with a signature every 45 days. This way the program will continue on without executive order.
