That section would make it a huge pain in the hindquarters for groups to alert voters of pending legislation that might not be found pleasing to said voters. It's a great accessory to McCain-Feingold. These groups, non-profits like Focus on the Family, would be accountable to the Senate in ways so unAmerican, that charges of fascism by libs against cons becomes even more laughable than ever.
