They say these are random tests, therefore not on a student who shows up showing signs of intoxication. If it is as sensitive as they claim, mouthwash containing alcohol could give a positive reaction. They say they want to notify the parents; what if it's the parents that provide the drink? With all this respect for "cultural diversity", wine is a sacrament in many religions, and drunk on weekends. The Nanny-State always grows, and there doesn't seem to be any shortage of lawyers!
