DC has found a way to get around the new rules, of course.

Oh – and think Congress is really planning on practicing what they preach on earmark reform?

Think again.

So, like, I thought Democrats were going to be the solution to the problem1, instead of being hypocrites and doing exactly what they’ve accused Republicans of all these years …

    Well, like my old chemistry prof used to say, if you’re not part of the solution you’re part of the precipitate.

    Or perhaps a better analogy, if you’re not part of the solution there’s good money to be made in prolonging the problem. ;)

    I also seem to recall the dems got control of the Congress and Senate because they offered a “new strategy” in Iraq. Have they come out with that plan yet? Of course, “re-deploying” is not a plan as most intelligence estimates have said. So, what is their new strategy? I’m waiting……
