Unlike AP, BreitBart doesn't habitually "update" a particular link to a breaking story, instead putting the updates on new pages. The currently-moving AP story (BreitBart's newest page/AP's current and likely-to-be-updated page via LimaOhio.com) has a few more details. The news is still a bit contradictory, but the details that I've been able to unspin: - North Korea tried to get a whole lot of energy in exchange for agreeing to not build any more nukes. - Russia and South Korea, which were likely to be the sources of that energy, balked. - The US essentially said that the North Koreans needed to either start compromising or the talks were over. - After 16 hours of that, the North Koreans apparently caved (still no word on how far).
